So the Sox go to Japan, Schilling takes his Strikeout ALS campaign worldwide, and DirecTV screws me over. I woke up extra early this morning so I could get ready for work and then sit down and watch some of the game before I had to leave. Well, low and behold, DirecTV couldn’t figure out how to get either of the TWO channels I could watch the game on, to work. Grrr. I was angry. So I raced to work and went to redsox.com to get the play by play. AMAZING! Honestly, they were sucking for a little while, but then my boys came back. Of course I had to listen to some jabbing about how horribly V-Tek was “hitting” today ( or not hitting)…but all in all — they did well. So everyone is going to be talking about Brandon Moss — I would like to wait a little while before I jump on that Band Wagon. But how often will we see him? And will JD Drew make an exit soon? Dice K didn’t have a bad outing — although media outlets would have you believe that it was such a rough day. I have seen him pitch worse. A No Decision, so what — its better than a big fat L.
Curt Schilling has decided to help out the ALS cause in Japan now too. Good for him…Spread the love, the money and the Curtness. I won’t vote for the same president, but I happen to have a soft spot for the Schill.
And tomorrow we will discuss…LA.
